Delivery Methods
Express Courier – FedEx
- All our products are shipped via Express Courier – FedEx
- Products arrive within 3 - 5 working days from order confirmation, and the shipping cost is 8 EURO for the first two kilograms.
- Delivery is available to any country within the European Union.
- For all orders equal to or over 99 EURO, shipping is free.
In-Store Pickup
- Products can also be picked up directly from our store, located at Sos. Berceni, nr.74, Sector 4, Bucharest. Payment can be made cash or by card.
Payment Methods
Online Payment via Bank Card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard)
- If you choose the "Online payment by bank card" option, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the processor to enter your card information.
- Payments with Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are processed via the "3-D Secure" system developed by Visa/MasterCard, providing the same security level as ATM or in-store transactions.
- "3-D Secure" ensures that none of your card information is transferred or stored on the online store servers at any time.
