Delivery and Payment

Orders requiring delivery are shipped by FedEx Express.
For products in our own stock, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days from order acceptance, depending on the destination and the courier service. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delivery is available to countries within the European Union for which a delivery option is offered during checkout.
The standard shipping cost is EUR 8 for parcels up to 2 kg. The final delivery cost applicable to the order is displayed before the order is submitted.
Shipping is free for orders with a product value of EUR 99 or more, subject to the delivery conditions displayed during checkout.
If the carrier applies an exceptional surcharge for a particular destination or shipment, this will not be added to an accepted order without the Customer’s prior express agreement.
For products marked as pre-order or external stock, a longer preparation or delivery period may apply. The estimated period will be displayed or communicated before the order is accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed, Consumers retain all statutory delivery rights provided by applicable law.

In-Store Pickup

Orders may also be collected from PRO IT INDUSTRY S.R.L., Sos. Berceni No. 74, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania.
Orders placed through bareteledtv.com are paid online in advance by bank card, including orders selected for in-store pickup.
The Customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to the pickup location before receiving this confirmation.
No delivery charge applies to in-store pickup.

All orders placed through bareteledtv.com are paid in advance by bank card through the EuPlatesc payment service.
During payment, the Customer is redirected to the secure payment interface of the payment service provider in order to enter the information required to authorise the transaction.
The online store does not receive or store the Customer’s complete bank card credentials. Payment information is processed by the payment service provider in accordance with its applicable security and data-protection requirements.
Where supported by the card issuer and payment service provider, additional authentication such as 3-D Secure may be used.
bareteledtv.com does not charge the Customer an additional fee solely for choosing payment by bank card.
Any refund due for an order paid by card will normally be made using the same payment method, subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
