7. Delivery terms

7.1. Delivery time

7.1.1. The delivery time for products purchased on the bareteledtv.com website is between 48 and 96 hours from the telephone order confirmation. This depends on the delivery method chosen by the customer and on stock availability (store stock or supplier warehouse).

In exceptional cases, with the customer’s consent, the delivery deadline may be extended.

7.2. Delivery methods and costs

9. Order status

10. Product return policy - Right of withdrawal

10.1. Legal framework

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (04.06.2014) on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 13(3) and Article 14 of the ordinance.The withdrawal period: 14 working days from the day of receiving the purchased product.

The order is taken over by one of PRO IT INDUSTRY S.R.L.’s sales representatives, who will then send an email notification regarding product availability and the delivery deadline. Important: prices are updated daily. Prices are valid for 3 days from confirmation. For products brought in on pre-order, 40% of the product value must be paid as an advance based on a proforma invoice. If the Customer cancels the pre-ordered product, the advance is not refunded but is forfeited as compensation.

15. Product warranty

15.1. Definition

The warranty means the Provider’s obligation to resolve issues that may arise in the products purchased by the Buyer due to manufacturing defects.The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

15.2. Warranty conditions

The warranty is in accordance with O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008. The warranty period is 6-24 months from the date of purchase (depending on the product category).Average lifespan: 24 months.

The warranty is provided by SC PRO IT INDUSTRY SRL.The deadline for repairing defects: 15 calendar days (according to Law 449/2003), from the date the product is handed in to the Provider.Warranty service methods: maintenance, repair or replacement. The warranty is valid only if the defective product has not been physically or mechanically damaged.

15.3. The warranty is not valid in the following cases

In case of physical damage: impacts, cracks, breaks, burned or damaged components, etc.

If the product was used in improper conditions (incorrect supply voltage, major temperature or pressure fluctuations, mechanical shock, improper handling, exposure to moisture, dust, smoke or chemicals).
