Returns & Warranty 

Online purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the products are unused and returned in their original packaging. Electrical products that have been installed, mounted, or connected are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products benefit from a 24-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation within the European Union.

This warranty is a statutory warranty and does not affect the consumer’s legal rights.
